At Australian Wool Innovation Ltd (AWI), we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shed signage kit, we offer the following refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must return the shed signage kit within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The shed signage kit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shed signage kits that have been altered or modified by the customer.
  • Shed signage kits that have been exposed to extreme conditions or elements, causing damage.
  • Any shed signage kit that has been used or damaged by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer service team at feedback@wool.com or call [Customer Service Phone Number] to initiate a refund request.
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Acceptance of return is subject to condition check upon receipt.

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned shed signage kit, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Upon receipt, if the shed signage kit fails any of the eligibility criteria, we won’t be able to accept return or process refund. Our customer service team will notify you of the outcome of your request.
  • Please be advised the assessment outcome of the condition check is final.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your shed signage kit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace shed signage kits if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
