AWI's free Industry Workshops are for experienced shearers and wool handlers at any level to come together and develop their skills with top level AWI trainers, industry experts and WA shearing ambassadors.

Details:

  • Location: Mittakeri, 2372 Hopkins Rd, Kulin East
  • Date: Saturday July 20 from 7.30am to 3pm AWST
  • AWI Trainers:
    • Ben Frewen
    • Todd Wegner - will also run a grinding session
    • Roxanne King - will do sessions on basic wool handling and advanced wool handling
  • Wool Harvesting Ambassador Ethan Harder will be on hand for tips and techniques
  • Morning tea and BBQ lunch provided

Industry Workshops are funded by Australian Wool Innovation and are offered at no cost.
