The MLP is a 10-year AWI research project that joined over 5,700 ewes
and collected over 2 million data points.
AWI Program Manager, Geoff Lindon, will speak on:
- What’s old? What’s new?
- Information to come in 2026 – for both ram breeders and buyer
- Breeding for lifetime productivity and profitability
- The value of visual classing and breeding values
- How good are rising 2-year-old assessments?
- Genomics, indexes, methane, footrot, resilience, sound udders, flystrike and fat
