AWI offers a number of scholarships for education and leadership development to support the creation of new knowledge and practises, personal growth and leadership skills within the wool industry.
A range of scholarships and training opportunities will develop and retain the knowledge and skills the wool industry needs to be innovative in response to new challenges. Professional development for researchers, consultants, extension specialists and AWI network coordinators will continue through AWI supported R&D updates and conferences focused on the role of wool sheep in a profitable enterprise mix.

The Australian Wool Education Trust supports significant wool education initiatives in Australia, particularly in wool and wool textile science and technology.
AWI invites wool industry applicants to join a network of informed, capable and ethical leaders working collaboratively for their industry, communities and rural Australia, through the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
