Workshops for woolgrowers

The workshops for woolgrowers have aimed to improve woolgrowers understanding of how they can use OFFM to increase the profitability of their sheep flocks.

Currently there are no scheduled OFFM grower workshops.

Workshops for wool brokers and advisors

Specialist OFFM workshops for wool brokers/advisers have provided information that will assist them to advise clients on how to best use OFFM for increased profit, as well as explain the quality assurance program for OFFM.

Workshops for OFFM operators

Specialist OFFM workshops for OFFM operators commenced in September 2004 to help operators to advise their clients on how to best use OFFM for increased profit, as well as explain the soon-to-be-introduced quality assurance program for OFFM.

OFFM operators accredited with the new OFFM QA Program will be required to undertake formal training and participate in proficiency trials to ensure their instruments and systems produce accurate and consistent fibre measurements.
