Class of sheep
Different classes of sheep have different levels of risk in terms of the impact of worms. Young sheep are generally the most susceptible, particularly if nutrition is lacking. Mature wethers tend to be able to withstand challenge from worms much better.
Always take account of nutrition when planning worm management for any given class of stock.
