The Similar lots function allows you to view similar lots that have been sold at auction within the last 30 days and the actual prices received for those lots.

These lots can be sorted according to any of the headings by clicking the underlined heading.

To make your search more specific you can also select the region that is applicable to you. The WSA or Wool Statistical Area is also another way you can sort the similar lot details. This allows you to then see the prices received for wool that is from your own local area. To find which WSA you belong to you refer to your sale test results, contact your wool broker or you can click on the following link which will take you directly to the AWEX web site:

http://www.awex.com.au/market-information/wool-statistical-areas-wsa.html and go to View Wool Statistical Area. 

The specification options of tight, medium and loose allow you to determine how closely the search will be related to your wool specifications. Choose the specification type and click on 'Find' to locate similar lots from the auction database. Note that many lots may satisfy a 'Loose' specification and hence it may take some time to display these.

Once you have finished you can click on 'Back to worksheet' or the 'Back' button on your browser to return to the worksheet you were working on.
