How to save your worksheet

Once you have created your worksheet, you may save this for later use.

This is useful if:

  • You are manually creating a worksheet and want to complete it at a later date.
  • You wish to save your priced lots and have these repriced at a later date.
  • You wish to export your lot and price information to another software package such as Microsoft Excel.

Woolcheque saves the worksheet on your local PC.

To save the worksheet, select the required format.

  • The AWI format allows the worksheet to be loaded for later use within the Woolcheque website at any time. However, it cannot be opened and viewed in other programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  • The CSV format allows the worksheet to be viewed in Microsoft Excel. Note that this CSV file cannot be opened again in Woolcheque.

Once you have selected the format that suits you, click on the 'Save worksheet' button.

You can then select where on your computer to save your Woolcheque file. It is recommended that you choose the 'My Documents' folder.

The default file name for an AWI format file is 'woolcheque.awi'.  Change this if you wish to keep any previous worksheets with this name.

The default file name for a CSV format file is 'woolcheque.csv'.  Change this if you wish to keep any previous worksheets with this name.
