Shareholder information

Shareholders in AWI are derived from woolgrowers contributing to the Wool Levy. They are able to shape the decision making process of the company via their access to information and right to vote.

  • Annual Report

    The Annual Report contains a report of AWI’s activities and outcomes for the year ended June 2011, including a review of program operations and financial statements.
  • Corporate Governance Statement

    The AWI Board is committed to adopting corporate governance principles and best practice recommendations in broad terms consistent with the rest of the corporate business community.

AWI shareholders are entitled to one vote for every $100 of wool levy paid in the three financial years before any vote. These shares are not tradeable.

Paying wool levies does not make you an automatic shareholder of AWI.
