Shareholders in AWI are derived from woolgrowers contributing to the Wool Levy. They are able to shape the decision making process of the company via their access to information and right to vote.

• Annual Report

  The Annual Report contains a report of AWI’s activities and outcomes for the year ended June 2011, including a review of program operations and financial statements.

• Corporate Governance Statement

  The AWI Board is committed to adopting corporate governance principles and best practice recommendations in broad terms consistent with the rest of the corporate business community.

• AWI transfer form (PDF 182Kb) - this form is used to transfer share ownership.
• AWI name correction request (PDF 176Kb) - this form is used where an error has occured in the registration of your details. This form is not a method to transfer or alter ownership - it is only for minor corrections.
• AWI holding split request (PDF 203Kb)- this form is to be used where a woolgrowing partnership has split and the current voting entitlements for AWI need to be reallocated evenly between the new entities.
